Ohio Mutual Mobile allows Ohio Mutual policyholders to easily access all important insurance policy information and connect with us in a convenient way. Here are some of the features the app provides:

• Easy access to policy information and documents, including auto ID cards
• Save your Ohio Mutual auto ID card to your Google Wallet for easy retrieval
• Pay a bill, activate AutoPay, and easily manage your billing options
• Connect directly with your Ohio Mutual agent
• Report a new claim with the ability to add photos, check in on your current claim status, or connect with your Ohio Mutual claim representative
• Integration with your 360access customer portal account
• Set up Push Notifications for important updates
• Support for biometric login authentication

NOTE: You must be an Ohio Mutual policyholder to fully utilize this app.

To log in to Ohio Mutual Mobile, use your existing credentials for our 360access customer portal. If you do not have a registered 360access username and password, you can quickly create an account in the app for access to your policies, billing information, and claims.

If you still have our previous mobile app ([IN]STANT), be sure to update to the new Ohio Mutual Mobile for new functionality and a completely enhanced app experience.

You message me that my new insurance cards are available to download, but when I go into the app there are no cards available. This has been going on for at least 2 months now. I sure hope people realize they definitely need to carry their paper copies because you're not going to be able to pull them up on the app if you need them.

My policies disappeared a few days ago. I tried to add them again and it said the policies are already added under this username. Tried Uninstalling and installing but got the same error. Not helpful when I'm trying to buy a car. Also I tried to pay my bill and it says "please add a policy to make a payment."

We’re sorry that you had that experience with our app. We experienced a technical issue that temporarily interfered with policies being loaded to the app. It was identified and quickly corrected.

I downloaded this app and it says "failed to connect to server". Can't use it at all! I even tried uninstalling it and trying again to download. Same thing. I don't know how you expect people to use this. I don't even see you replying to the people who are having trouble or trying to fix this problem.
