zero should be an option. such a useless app, my grocery order got stuck in a state without any movement. customer support is unresponsive. why bother keeping the online order feature in your sites and app if you cannot even fulfill them for people who cannot just leave home

It's been two days now that I'm having issues with my grocery purchase online. Using the app in the past was a breeze. Now I can't get my purchase through. Multiple times my Gcash payment won't get past the GCash verification. Furthermore, too many errors appear upon checkout like doubled items, erroneous total, missing items from my list, wrong prices. Each attempt to checkout incurred different issues. So frustrating. Hope you can fix this soon.

Worst shopping experience ever! Because the app has a bad reputation, I tried the website if it would be different. Wrong bet! Aside from the erroneous "Your credit card was declined" message during checkout using a BDO ATM, a lot of items were missing when my grocery items were delivered. Strangely, those missing items were the bigger and more expensive items in my order. Something fishy seems to be going on, and the day passed by with their customer support pointing fingers at each other.
