About this app

Omnibus Driver is the official app for drivers and managers of passenger transport companies using the Omnibus platform. Designed to simplify daily work, it allows you to manage every aspect of the service directly from your smartphone: driving hours, GPS tracking, mileage, expenses, and much more.

• View all the day's services in a chronological list that can be navigated by date.
• View the details of each service: departure time, number of passengers, and pickup and drop-off addresses.
• Open the departure or destination address directly in Google Maps with a single tap.
• Create new services (manager function): customer, vehicle type, date, time, and notes.
• Filter services by driver or vehicle for quick team management.
• View scheduled activities and services on the same daily screen.

━━━ DRIVING HOUR TRACKING ━━━
• Start and end each driving session with a tap: the time is automatically recorded.
• Activate real-time GPS tracking: the location is sent in the background for the entire duration of the drive.
• Manually add driving sessions when necessary.
• Record meal allowances and accommodation allowances for each session.
• View a complete history of all sessions. Completed for each service

━━━ KILOMETERS AND KM ABROAD ━━━
• Record the vehicle's initial and final mileage for each service
• Mileage tracking by country: enter the kilometers traveled in each foreign country to manage reimbursements and international travel

• Record all expenses incurred during the service
• Specify expense type, description, unit price, and quantity
• Select payment method: cash, card/debit card, or other
