To those complaining about the app disconnecting while in use... don't worry. Once a program has been started with the device, the app is not needed anymore until a new program needs to be started. And you can repeat the same program by double tapping on the square control module with the green blinking light, without needing your phone or the app. So if your phone disconnects from the device while it's already running, the program will continue. I really like this device and app a lot.

Feedback: It is inexcusable to have a device that, if you want to connect to it, you need to uninstall and reinstall the app. First month of ownership, no issues. Then inexplicably, the device wouldn't connect. Tried clearing cache and data to no avail. Now has to be uninstalled every couple of weeks. Suggestion: Work with customers who are willing to provide data from their device and phone/tablet to ID if it is an app issue or device BT issue and, well, fix it! Also battery ALWAYS reads 100%??

My device will not connect to the app after 1 use, and only SOMETIMES does it connect after I uninstall and reinstall the app. I cannot change a program without doing the same thing. This is a problem. I'm not sure why Neorhythm hasn't fixed the issue. It's so inconvenient to use my device I haven't used it enough to even know if it can help me. That's pretty crazy!
