Easily-digestible client information is available on the client’s profile, including address and property access details, as well as the client’s daily routine, interests, and everything you need to deliver high quality care.

No need to check times and dates, or think what to write for each visit. With OnCare you can check in, select the activities you helped with, leave notes when necessary, and check out again, all in just a few taps.

Instead of locking the important information about your care visits on a piece of paper inside the client’s home, OnCare lets you share those visit reports with your Agency, and with friends and family of your client (with their permission). Everyone can stay informed and involved with the client’s care, helping the client to reach their desired care outcomes.
