Ever since they did a update I only get alerts occasionally, I have been to two different branches of AZFCU to try and correct the problem and it will work one or two times and stop working again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times and still same problem. If it wasn't for the fact that you can turn the card on and off I would uninstalled the app. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

This app randomly decides not to work and will tell you "no card on file." When you have turned it off and need to turn it back on to pay bills, having the system down is not good. Second time it happened in the last few weeks, and the lady on the phone simply told me "it intermittently goes down." For a financial institution to deny you access to your funds because their tech is subpar is pretty bad.

Poor user interface experience. 1. Doesn't explain what acct # should be used; clarification of # of digits would help the user. 2. Can't "back out" to previous page if incorrect data is entered. Must uninstall and reinstall the App (!) in order to be able to 'back track'. 3. Help description language contradicts itself (i.e. they mean "disables" when they wrote "enables")...very confusing for the user. 4. On/off button position is reversed; seems dyslexic. App w/ little or no QC.
