The ONEai Health Mobile Application provides you and your care team valuable insight into your daily health and wellness!

A part of the Care at Home program that you've enrolled in with your health care provider, the ONEai Health application connects to an FDA-approved smart ring, which transmits readings of your biometrics to the ONEai Health Mobile Application. This allows you and your healthcare team deeper insight into your health and well-being between office visits. The ONEai Health Mobile Application is not intended to treat, cure, mitigate, prevent, diagnose, or monitor any disease or medical condition. Users should always seek a doctor's advice before making any medical decisions. Further, users are reminded to seek emergency medical services (such as 911) if they believe they are experiencing a life-threatening emergency.
