Initially I was sceptical and irritated due to delay in the pickup as it took much time by the pickup partner to complete the pickup, however, once pickup is done, all went blazing fast and finally it served true to its claim and insurance, full refund of the sum at the earliest. Kudos to OneAsist! I have purchased again a plan for my new purchase which is a blutooth speaker from Tribit.

I have faced issue with my samsung fold 3 phone after 6 months of purchase, the Samsung has refused to repair the mobile as it has some internal damage. But I have taken one assist insurence on my samsung fold 3, which helped me to repair the mobile at nominal price and also I had regular followup with Mr. Adnan, from one assist from pick to drop, he helped me giving all updates on the repair. It's a scam. Their app is not able to upload any image or document. I booked it for earpods and their chatbot is asking if my touch screen is damaged 😂 their chatbot is not optimised for other devices. They have programmed it just for smartphones. And still it's not working. It's showing "uploading..." forever.
