I strongly advise against purchasing an extended warranty through OneAssist. It has been a waste of money, as their customer care team lacks knowledge about what parts are covered under the warranty. I’m very frustrated with the app and the service overall. Save your money and consider other options insted. Thank you.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the response time and service quality of One Assist. Despite paying a premium of ₹3500 for their service on my ₹40,000 phone, I experienced a substantial delay and poor service and I used the mobile 3-months only. Initially, I submitted my phone for repair due to a damaged display. One Assist took 1-month to respond, and when they did, the issue with the fingerprint sensor was not addressed.
