I'm happy with the service provided by One-assist in repairing the phone. The speed of service is acceptable. But need improvements once uploaded all the documents. But the excess charges need to be paid roughly 10%. 304/- collected. Upon purchase of the policy they need to issue the policy document with terms and conditions listed/in the site all the info to be clear. Apart from this rest all very satisfied.
Worst Service . These guys never helps.. Never purchase any plan from one assisit. I repeat never. My ear pho e jack. Was not Working due to Some Issue also the battery. When i callled they said its a manufacturing defect and as per our law we can't file a complain as its not accidental or liquid damage. Like every insurance company they try to convince the customer that this is not under there plan.
Very bad process of claim. If you will call to customer care they are transferring call into diffrent diffrent department for verification purpose. Today I called to customer care for claim they have taken 40 minutes for taking my request. After that they have advised upload 4 photo , invoice, ID proof and wait for 48hr our insurance company will approved then courier boy will pick and for the same another 48hrs. After picked wait 5days for serve.... Why boss why spend on MI protect?
This company is a fraud company. Once u purchased plan they will never pay a heed to ur genuine request. One of my relative purchased insurance and renewed it second year. On claiming first ever time they denied citing cooling period. All good reviews are artificial one.
I renewed mobile protection for the second year, had never claimed in the 1st year. On renewing my protection when I claimed after two weeks, they rejected my claim. Had paid all together 1500 in two years and they did not entertained my claim first ever claim. They are fraud and it is not my personal anguish, one can check it on quora

Till now there is no response at all regarding my previous complaint (i I have waited for 3 clear working days). Once again you are proving that you are not a genuine people. Asap look into this matter Scamsters These people talked to my daughter( who has just attained 18 years of age and opened a new bank account with Axis bank) in the pretext that they are calling from axis bank and tricked her to divulge the details of debit card and swindled 1900 rupees from the bank account. if you are really genuine people and not a scamster, cancel the procedure and return the money.
