The three bars on the top left that allows you to log in do not show up enough for me to get my finger on. It used to be easy but they have all but disappeared from the screen. How can I fix this? I can't use it at all.

Since the new update it will not allow me to log in on the app. My log in works on the website but not on the app.

Please make sure you are on the latest version of the app which is 2.3.1 or higher. We recently release version 7 of our platform and the app must be updated as well for it to function correctly. If you still have issues afterwards, please reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to help.

This is a great app that goes along with our church software with One Church (the best church CRM)!! This app is easy to use, keeps me connected to our church, and helps me in my walk with God! And customer service with One Church is the best ever!!!
