YOUR APP IS BROKEN! Need to fix this issue. does no good to be a member for ticket drops if your app won't let me access the drops. I've done cache clearing, uninstall/reinstall, I've even tried a different smartphone, and Im still having the same issue. Ever since I upgraded to the highest tier of membership, I've started to have this issue. Every time there's a ticket drop, I click on it as soon as the drop starts, and my app just freezes up. I literally have to go into it and manually stop it

After changing my name in the app, the app refuses to allow me access to my profile settings, instead, it closes the app when I click on the profile picture. I contacted support and they gave me a "restart the app" answer and basically said they didnt see a similar issue on their end. Even after uninstalling, and reinstalling, this error persists. Which means they issue is attached to my account on their server side. Even when logging in on a diffferent device it still closes.

Annoying This app is supposedly the only way to adjust your entries but it never works! It spins in the loading wheel of death and never completes the request. There is no option to adjust entries on the website which is ridiculous and frustrating. Also there is no way to adjust the volume of the radio station. I can't here the songs nor the extra ways to earn points. The phone volume button doesn't adjust the radio at all. Needs updates.
