It does not let you add transactions for self-award points. It has been like that for two months now; I tried to reach them through WhatsApp, and no agent ever contacted me despite initiating sessions for more than a dozen times over past two months. Not sure there is any other way to self-award. And I think after July 1st, you can't add the previous year's transactions. Which I think will be lost, considering their customer support and app issues. Worst Experience after update.

app is easy to use. however you have only few options to redeem your points. the useless one is "state life". the second reason i don't like about the program is that they have no clear instructions on the app. thirdly, i used it for the passport fee for my wife. when i went to the passport office and i handed the receipt to them, they says it is not accepted. when i call help line they told me points cannot be redeemed and the point cn't be used for new passport. so my 11200 points are gone.

I am receiving the OTP SMS successfully on my registered SIM, but the Sohni Dharti Android app is not automatically fetching the OTP. The OTP screen does not allow manual entry. I have confirmed that SMS verification/autofill is enabled in Android and the registered SIM is in the same phone. Please investigate the OTP auto-fetch issue with my account/device.
