App is okay but finicky. To connect to the app, I can't have them already connected to Bluetooth. I have to disconnect them, then hit connect in the app at which point the app opens a separate but identical Bluetooth settings window rather than opening my Bluetooth settings. (so I have 2 applications open that both show Bluetooth settings). Though I am grateful for the app as it allows me to toggle the noise cancel function as tapping the buds to toggle no longer works.

I love the quality of the buds, but need more options. I would love solo transparent listening. The battery pop up doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy note 20 5g. And every time i solo earbud it, 3 taps activates voice assistance. I would still like to have my set action work for mono listening. Other than those problems, great product and app. The comfobuds pro sound amazing and have great mic quality!

This app is very basic, compared to something like the Anker Soundcore app, that allows for more functionality and customization. Grammar errors, and other things in the app that just make it appear cheap, take away from the experience. The burn in feature makes no sense andbthe information contradicts itself. Improve upon this app, and include EQ options. Not everyone likes the same EQ levels, and we should be able to adjust them.
