**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
If you are using OxygenOS 13, you may encounter the problem that the application will not start. Please try the following to resolve the issue:
1. Log out of the OnePlus account from the phone system settings;
2. Enter the OnePlus Health App to log in to your account.


Health data
Keep an eye on your health by recording and visualizing your daily activities, heart rate, sleep data, etc.

Workout record
Track your routes and record steps, workout duration, distance, and calories burned. Generate personal exercise reports to understand your progress.

Smart devices
Pair and manage various smart devices such as OnePlus Band and OnePlus Watch. Customize and sync notifications and sync incoming call info and recent call.

Ratings and reviews

App would not go past log-on page. Device environment not secure is the error message, whatever that means. It also gives a numeric error code, but it restricts the ability to take a screenshot. Tried to give it zero stars, but could not. OnePlus makes great phones, but they can't make software for these phones beyond what Google provides. Very pitiful.

App no longer works. I could only get to an account information page. No longer able to get to any watch settings or information. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, now it is completely broken. It starts to run through the app set up but then starts endlessly cycling through a loading page and nothing you can do at that point. One plus fix this now! My watch is now just an expensive basic wrist watch. Total waste.

So there are a lot of 1 stars complaining about how the app doesn't work. It works fine but after the recent android 13 update the app will glitch out. It's a simple fix though just go into "settings-users & accounts" then log out of your OnePlus account. Then after that hold on the app and select "app info- storage usage" and clear app data. After all that reopen the app and go through the process. Not sure why but this works. Gave this 5 only so it'll hopefully catch attention and help others.
