Used to be my favorite go to app, but for like the last month or so, the video playback has not worked at all. So frustrating. It seems like it goes through this phase quite a lot. It'll work fine, no problems for a bit, then all of sudden it just stops playing videos for like months at a time. No problem playing ads though smh. Last update was on March 26th, let's get it together here!

This a great app cause I can listen to the game,at home and get score updates on the app,I don't get,a notification when,Washington makes,there pick in the Draft anymore this needs to be fixed

This is probably the worst app I have ever used. First, I had to use the app because I was sent digital tickets which cannot be printed. So, I order to use the tickets, I had to download the app and use the app to receive and use my tickets on game day. Just getting the tickets onto the app was a 45 minute chore. And then, working with customer service was even more of a nightmare because they were unable to find my tickets. In the end, they reset my entire account and reloaded my tickets. In short, terrible app, terrible process, and terrible customer service. I plan to delete this app as soon as the game is over!
