I've been using it for a bit over a month, and it works well. You NEED data to open some doors, like the garage door. I found that out shortly after using the app, fortunately the building has free wifi, but it doesn't reach my car. So I ended up getting data. One thing I'd like to request is to make it voice activated, ie; "Google, open the garage!". Would be safer than fumbling with the phone while driving. Or even better; make an app for the Chevy Infotainment system.

disabled my ability to allow guests access overnight with no warning in sub zero temperatures - could have killed someone. edit for the developers, this is the company Interrent Reit and they are also now having the app send non payment emails even though I am not paying via the app. recommend you give them a call because they are giving your company a bad name.

people are buzzing but the app doesn't ring to let me know. also if I try to unlock the door the app freezes. I have to close and restart the app and unlock the door without seeing the camera. it doesn't work 80% of the time pretty useless.
