The app does not allow me to paste my password into the password field from the clipboard. Furthermore I see no way to have my password manager fill in my password. If you really are serious about security you would support passkeys on the app and your website.

Name changed from PHH to Onity, but left with NO instructions on how to sign in with Onity App. I tried signing up for a new account with my loan #, social security #, everything it asked for, and it says that I am "not found". I watched the video this company sent out today about the new app and name change, but it lacked ANY instructions on how to setup new account in the app.

same thing happened to us as Pete just mentioned 4/6. switched from PHH to onity, we tried logging in with account number SSN & zip etc: says not found, don't exist. Were they not ready for this?
