Ratings and reviews

This app has a lag in it. It buffers alot and it's not my internet. Mobile deposit is too sensitive to a corner of a check. It shouldn't reject a check because of a corner not in the box or a corner of the check is bent. Also the zelle minimum amount is too high. I like to send test amounts of 1.00 or less before sending the full amount to someone. It's to be sure the right person got the amount.

Horrible App. It has so many problems: it's slow, sometimes I have to restart my phone for the app to open, sometimes it take up to three minutes to open. This update was supposed to make the app better, but it was fine before all these horrible and useless updates.

It REALLY needs to have the option for the flash. Last deposit was rejected do to poor light, But when I took the picture for deposit it did not say to retake the picture, it said deposit complete. Next day it showed i was in the negative since i made payments with money that was available. It got corrected but still was unnecessary. Pls fix.
