With OnPoint Mobile you can:
• Sign in securely with Fingerprint ID (on supported devices).
• Manage your bills and pay almost anyone, schedule recurring bill payments and receive eBills.
• Send money to anyone in the U.S. with a phone number or email address.
• Send a domestic wire transfer.
• Transfer funds between your OnPoint accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions.
• Set travel notifications for your OnPoint debit or credit cards.
• Freeze your OnPoint credit card (for peace of mind or if lost or misplaced).
• Deposit checks without the need to visit a branch or ATM.
• View cleared check images and mobile deposit check images.
• Customize account names, preferences, and alerts.
• Search transactions to quickly and easily find a specific transaction without endless scrolling.
• View eStatements.
Additionally, business members can:
• Add entitled users and set and control their access rights and limits.
• Generate ACH payments, such as payroll. (ACH Agreement required prior to using ACH payment services.)

Ratings and reviews

This app and Onpoints service has turned to trash. They keep blocking my cards so I can't use them then I have to call them over and over to fix it. I'm blocked from logging in or enrolling in their new system because they updated my phone wrong so I can't get the BS code they try to send me that never comes. Onpoint used to be really good and now nothing works and it's constant problems and they are all on their end and it's me that keeps getting screwed. I do not recommend them anymore.

Balance is often inaccurate. Deposits will be missing and transactions will look retroactively in the red when they're not. Available balance will be off and not factor in pending charges, even though those charges show in line items. Comparison between app and online will show differently, and online is always the correct one. I don't currently trust this app. On more than one occasion I've made a spending decision based on misinformation. Fix it!

Can no longer deposit check digitally. Even though I've included pictures that encompass all 4 corners and I can clearly read the numbers at the bottom of the check, I get told repeatedly that it is not good enough. It also has you add "For mobile deposit only at Onpoint CCU" to the back without explaining why they seem to be the only ines who require this. Now I'm betting that I won't be able to deposit this into an ATM and need to waste time at the teller instead...
