I have only checking and savings, and there are features I don't use but I like the fact that they're available. The things I want to do are functional, clear and easy. I have one objection to the website, which is that I lost my card and had trouble finding the number to call to report it. (And then a replacement never came in the mail!)

The no frills, clumsiness of the interface may come from an attempt to stay simple, secure, and to give the impression of those traits as well, without any marketing or guile interfering with their integrity. They have achieved that impression, yet this app still seems amateurish or unskilled. The functionality must be non pareil and beyond rebuke, should one wish to pull off subtle simplicity. So, while this app more truly deserves a three star review, I give it an additional star for difficulty. But I can say, when they were 'Portland Teacher's CU', the standard was simple perfection. I never saw a single discrepancy with them. Ever.

Really enjoy the format and style of the interface. The budget and spending tools come in handy for people who want to keep better track of it. It's custom features to better categorize and organizing expenses are awesome. It is a little slow and could use some work in terms of usability and some minor redundancies like the link account opptions. Overall I liked it better than B of A.
