it's ok. very basic and most features being you to online. doesn't seem to give you a lot of options to review your contacts, what they have to offer in terms of services and your potential. the organization of your transactions is also very limited, nearly zero. no accessibility insight, transparency zip. I shouldn't have to download a third party app to do what the banks should've done in the first place. honestly I'm going to drop my operating from a 2 1/2 star to a 1 1/2.

I've had the OP banking app for awhile & thought it was great, specifically the immediate push notifications and texts each time a transaction was made. Alerts in real time, no need to keep checking acct for potential fraud. Then I upgraded my phone to Galaxy-S25 ULTRA and have not received a text/push notification since. Trying all the things: uninstalling, re-enrolling, starting from scratch with alerts, all permissions granted, to no avail. No help from reaching out to OP, bummed!

Balance is often inaccurate. Deposits will be missing and transactions will look retroactively in the red when they're not. Available balance will be off and not factor in pending charges, even though those charges show in line items. Comparison between app and online will show differently, and online is always the correct one. I don't currently trust this app. On more than one occasion I've made a spending decision based on misinformation. Fix it!
