This app is really frustrating to work with, as a scheduler, and getting my schedule. I use it on a computer and mobile app, and now weekly have to re-sign in, with a 14-character password with human verification everytime. Viewing all employees at the same time when making a schedule is not available you can only see 3 at a time. Waiting for it to load and to load to a new screen takes forever, and it stalls quite often. It seems very archaic deserves an overhaul.

You cannot view your messages from a notification, unless, once the app opens, you tap the calendar and then messages again. Then they load. Probably the most finicky app I've ever used but it works. Barely. The two week view is terrible because it isn't regulated. You can have any two consecutive weeks viewed at the same time, but never based on pay period. It seems to be random. Also, trying to go to the next two weeks is terrible as well, since it will often skip a week, wherein you have to go back and then forward in time again. Like I said above, finicky.

Hi Cal - We haven't experienced or heard from users with the same issues you are describing. Can you email your name, organization, and phone model + android version to onshift.mobile@gmail.com? Your phone information is available by selecting the (i) icon in the menu.

Can't rate this higher than one star, because it needs to actually work for me to rate its performance. I have this program set up on my desktop machine, and it works pretty well. But the app does not accept the user/pass that I use on that machine. I've deleted and reinstalled it; no luck. Same with resetting password. It never texts/calls with reset instructions. Useless.
