The app is a piece of junk, as in worthless. It worked a couple times after my wife and I first installed it, and hasn't worked since in the last two months. Tried everything, reboot phones, reinstalled, and called Onstar to report problem and was given a trouble ticket number, then got a email telling me what to try which I already have done countless times. All it does is freeze up until recently, now it doesn't even show when one of us has left the house. We uninstalled it on both phones.

Doesn't show current family locations anymore. Used to work perfectly, but in the last year it had gradually went downhill. All my family members have updated their phones, the app, uninstalled, and reinstalled and it still won't update their current location most of the time. It does their approximate (within a HUGE circle) location from 3 hours ago to 10 days ago. That is not helpful.

Used to be great, now it doesn't accurately show the location of family members, even if you keep trying to update location. We're in a metro area with the best cell coverage in the country and it still can't do its job. When I first started using it years ago, it was wonderful and helped find someone who got in a bicycle accident, now it can't find someone who's a quarter mile away. Please fix this!

Seeing your family location is a core feature of our Guardian services that we don't want you missing out on, Tony. Our first suggestion would be to have each family member update their app, phone, and clear cache.
