Yrs, Finally the update is there and I update the app and now the app doesn't work. I go to start the day with on duty pre trip, Enter in the information, And nothing happens. Switch over to view logs, It shows that it went on duty not driving, Switch back over to the driver page and it says that I'm off duty. Manually switch to driving mode and it has for all the pretrip information again. Enter into driving mode and start driving and it's just freezes there. How do I uninstall the update?

Initially I had some issues with connectivity, but once the switchboard team was made aware of my complaints they did everything in their power to resolve them. Michael was extremely receptive to suggestions, and even made alterations to the app to suit my needs. If you have any issues, definitely reach out to support. Excellent ELD for small fleets.

Since March of 2021, Switchboard has replaced my tablet 3 times due to tablets malfunctioning. I'm on my 4th tablet and it's a different brand, so hopefully it keeps working. After the 3rd tablet, I downloaded the app on my phone. I have a S21 ultra. My phone did an automated update a few weeks ago and deleted the app and I can not download app again. Got a new phone, and as soon as the update happens, I cannot download the app. I guess the app and the new updates are not compatible.
