The worst experience... There's an issue with the transaction confirmation if the fingerprint sensor on the device doesn't work. Other ways of confirmation are just not supported and there's no way to finish the transactions (which makes the app useless). The support team didn't provide any solution - the only way is to use another device (either to buy - which is too much for a transaction cost, or to provide an access to another person with another device - a great security, isn't it?)

last year this app was working fine, prior to join the balance into one, it's a lot better to have it split between card and platform balance. After that update the app is just going worse and worse, in my case I am unable to add accounts in the phone, must be done in browser, also, I cannot pass money to my bank account, always is saying cellular data connection failed, when using the same wifi/cellular data with other apps works just fine, it's only when sending money, that is really upsetting

Yoh, every month there's an issue. Dec, I couldn't withdraw my funds coz they decided to update their system on payday. They were on holiday and ofcoz, there was noone to help. and this is just one incident. Sometimes I'm convinced there's a personal vendetta against me somehow coz haibo. Recently, their system was down, then maintenance, then ofcoz, after maintenance I couldn't withdraw my money, coz why have easy access to my hard earned $? it's a total mess, I don't recommend it at all xem.
