I wish that they would rewrite the app. It is not user friendly and is mostly clumsy to use. The really annoying thing is that you have to go through 5 menus to complete a delivery. Between making those 5 selections, if the customer happens to be outside when you pull up, you cannot greet them with a smile as your head is buried in the app. If you're not careful, you can trip on a planter which I have done several times. Just needs scan, take picture, DONE! None of the other garbage is needed.

The Faith Factor
It would be nice if there was in app navigation guidance that optimized all the stops after I OD scan my packages and have dispatch send my route. I have to use a whole other app to have my stops optimized which takes up more time having to scan my packages a second time. The loading process would be quicker if I can do everything in ONE scan using ONE app. There is a navigation guidance but without being able to optimize the route it's useless 😕

They returned all my packages. They said it was not the correct address. This house has been here over 60 years. How is the address incorrect when it's the same address its been for 60 years. I even sent them the link from Google maps to help them find it. If Google knows the address how does a delivery company stating they been in service for 30 years not know how to find it? Hope I never have to deal with them again.
