Very Useful. We use it in leiu of desk phones. Only a couple things that I don't like, it leaves a voice mail on my personal voicemail when I don't answer. Also group messages don't always stay within the group and can come back as individuals. Other than that I don't have any problems with it.

Service works but hours aren't very customizable. The app is trash. The old version was just barely usable on my Samsung galaxy 9. Finally decided to upgrade to the latest app version which not only had no improvements at all except some aesthetics changes that would not call an upgrade. Major DOWNGRADE - volume went from low to inaudible. I tried to tinker with settings but I've given up on listening to voicemail.

If it weren't for the virtual receptionist, I'd go with a different app. Constantly glitches. Shows that you're on the phone long after you've hung up. Randomly stopped sending picture messages from the second line. Texts come in and send with a huge delay even when I have 5 bars. Customer service is trash. Just a huge annoyance. Feels so unprofessional. Currently looking for an alternative.
