Was good when it worked As others say, great when it works. However even when internet is working, recently Clarityn says not its working. This would be acceptable for a day or 2 but would expect Clarityn to sort or give reason by now such as host server not working. Sorry thinking about uninstalling and using another hayfever forecast.
Good App - when it's working! This app lets me know when the pollen count is high and gives me a good indication of how I will be feeling for the rest of the day. However, it hasn't been working for the past two days - just tells me to check my internet connection which I know is working properly. Don't know who to report it to.
Was great... Till it stopped working! For the last few weeks it's been saying no data available even though I have an Internet connection. Am uninstalling and reinstalling in the hope it'll work again. If not i'll be looking for an alternative... I wonder if there's a piriton app instead! ******** Update. Reinstalling didn't work. Giving up now. ********
This app barely worked last year but thought I'd give it another try. It now tells me it's out of season and the pollen season in the UK is typically late March - August, it's March 30th. I think the makers of this app have dumped it, which is a shame because when they maintained it it was awesome
I'm sure this worked well for me last year but I've recently reinstalled it to find it's insisting it's "outside of pollen season" while my official met office app has been regularly informing me of high pollen levels. Either that message is a default 'I'm not working' or 'I can't connect and find out' which really needs to be changed, or wherever this app gets its data, or the met office, is wrong about the presence of pollen. and I'm inclined to trust the met office.
OK if it works Have had this a while but it's stopped working again now and I don't know who to report it to. When it works it's an accurate app.
