I keep having to result my password because for whatever reason, it will not let me loggin, I know what my password is/was, and it was never changed. However that password kept being denied. This isnt the first time I had to keep reseting because OSB app would not validate me. This has been over 10 times now in one year. I am done with this bank.

When it works it's great. It either says can't process what you want to do, or it makes me put my account info in 5 times. Even if I use the biometrics. When I finally got it the page was blank! Gets frustrating!

I can no longer use this app because my phone is "too old" even though I was able to update the app up until when I am making this review. Not everyone is able to get the latest phone, please change your specifications to use the app back.
