I've booked through the Otlah app and completed the payment. The amount was deducted from my bank, and I even received a payment confirmation email from Ootlah. Despite this, the app still shows my booking as "Declined Payment," and no ticket was issued. Having a payment go through successfully, but still being denied service is unacceptable. From my experience, instant booking/ticket system seems like a false advertisement.

very inaccurate app ..entered to make reservation fot dream park ticket for 239 EGP ..and found sold out !! while they r available on their website ..also how could be all sold out while history said 0 purchase !!!??

It is a very useful application, and when I booked my activity from it, one of the sales called me to confirm everything with me. I highly recommend the company.
