Muy mala experiencia. Mi especialista dejó la plataforma cuando aún tenía sesiones pagadas y en la siguiente cita nadie se conectó. Acordé transferir las sesiones restantes a alguien y cancelar el plan, pero no lo hicieron y me asignaron otra sesión inválida. Al pedir cancelación y reembolso, recibí llamadas insistentes, incluso a las 10:30 p.m. Sin respuesta formal ni reembolso, ante múltiples peticiones. Pésima atención al cliente.
