Worst possible bank. Payment in 3 installments with amazon VISA always turned down, despite amazon offer clearly stated on website and payment in 3 installments free of charge selected correctly. The very little money from points is taken back with huge interest if not paid in full by the end of the month. The installment is booked 3-4 days before month's end and 1-2 days before salary day. The interest is always booked before the monthly statement is issued.

For a major credit card tied directly to a global company like Amazon, it is completely unacceptable that this app is locked strictly in German. Many international customers and expats living in Germany use this card, yet the app provides absolutely no way to switch the interface to English—even when the smartphone's system language is set to English. Navigating important financial information, card limits, and transaction histories shouldn't feel like a guessing game. Please update the app.

I identified, had a green tick symbol but there was no button to progress. Then I got logged out after waiting. I won't bother to go through that again..Whack af
