The app is a nightmare. It keeps telling me that I need to install the app to access my account. I was signing in through the app, so obviously I have it installed. Opens correctly about 20% of the time. When the inspector uploaded his report the website said, "we'll contact you within 1-2 business days with next steps." It had been over FOUR business days, and still no update. My Opendoor Expert isn't returning my texts asking for an update. I'm about ready to list with a realtor!

The app is simple to use and follow along with. I like the fact that we are able to complete the assessment ourselves. You can add and remove pictures as you go thru the different rooms. The app did not time out or shut down or time out while I took my time doing things. Best of all, the app did not crash and no bugs so far.

so far horrible experience! I had an appointment with them at 3:30pm- I left work early to be at the house by 3:30, I canceled my 4pm workout and for what!!?? NO ONE SHOWED UP!! TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME!! someone was supposed to be there to do the assessment and take pictures- but I ended doing that all myself! probably not even correctly! so annoying.
