openJII was created to support open, collaborative research in photosynthesis. Initiated by the Jan IngenHousz Institute, Wageningen University, and Michigan State University, the platform aims to help researchers share, integrate, and interpret complex, large-scale datasets—ultimately uncovering genetic linkages that shape photosynthesis.
It fully supports MultispeQ measurements and is designed to integrate new sensors and upcoming features as the platform evolves.
with a strong foundation and an expanding set of tools and features available. We continue to actively develop and refine the platform, and we warmly welcome your feedback as we build it further together with the community.
