Right, this app downloads, makes the correct key, but doesn't work on Android 9. I did a little investigating and my results: The app only works when both Bluetooth and GPS are on. Please include these in your instructions before more people get locked out of their rooms. Updating to a one star because your team says they went through troubleshooting, but I had to discover the fix. I even wiped my phone in my troubleshooting.

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Support researched your ticket and was not able to replicate the issue on our Pixel. Next step is usually to work with the affected device directly. When we reached out, it was not a good time. Please feel free to call our support line if you would like to troubleshoot further.

Not very reliable. There were a few times in a week at a hotel using this app for the door key where it took minutes to get into my room. Maybe it was the door? Either way, I'd prefer not having to keep my phone on me at all times, so if advise against hotels using this as the only option.

It asks me my phone number and says it is sending a code, and it never does. I have uninstalled and re-installed multiple times. I own the account, and my credit card is on file. I also accepted all notifications, and the location is on. Why will it not send me a code? I have tried the resend button many times! HELP!

Hello Shera! I apologize for the inconvenience that you may have experienced! Can you please advise if you downloaded the app before your check in date? If so you would not have received a verification code until then. Can you please confirm that the phone number on your reservation was your mobile number? We appreciate your feedback! Thank you!
