So easy for reservations! I love being able to find restaurants when we go on vacation and being able to get a table so there's no worrying. Updated: for the last several months I haven't been able to make reservations through the app. Whether I try and used a saved restaurant or go directly from a website, it just sits loading and then says it can't find my restaurant. I've tried uninstalling, updating, clearing the cache, nothing solves the problem. I've had to switch to the desktop version.

No Sapphire Reserve filter option. The app itself works okayish if you only want to reserve at your current location. Searching at locations you plan to visit in the future becomes a bit complicated because app tries to push local restaurants. Many users have Sapphire Reserve credits. I get it, you don't want people to spend their credits but real money, but after being cheated out of $150, I will not book other restaurants on Opentable either. Resy credits are easier to use at any restaurant.

Dont bother setting a notification for a place you would like to make a reservation. You will get endless notifications telling you something is available and then when you click it, dang you just missed it. Literally worthless...also, dont trust the reviews on this platform, they are not even close to being accurate. This app use to be my go-to, but they lost their way a while ago and its much easier and a better experience to just call the restaurant to make reservations...old school.
