Ratings and reviews

Difficult to use; more steps than bank verification. Verification sent via text then, I have to have it sent to my email. Sit there and wait and nothing happens. Too many steps just to make a reservation at a place to eat! I'm surprised it didn't ask for biometrics or a DNA sample. Feckless app just to make a reservation. If I was a restaurant, I would not allow my customers to use this app.

They take a very, very simple concept and make it as difficult as possible. I've never interacted with a more cumbersome UI. All I should have to do is put in a city, a restaurant, number of people in my party, and time. Constantly searching for stuff not even close to me or mistaking the restaurant name for a city. Why? Don't they have my location? This thing runs you in circles. Practically useless.

Awesome app. Simplifies the reservation process for a variety of dining options & locations. No need to spend time calling restaurants unless you have a very large group of people. You can make all the dining arrangements via the app. You can book by party size to see options for dates & times weeks or even months in advance. I love it 👍👍
