This is the best browser I have used so far. Unlike Chrome, it never stops the downloading process for large files. Also does truly astounding job at blocking annoying advertisements. Though I would like to see the full screen button available also in portrait mode. Being able to hide the toolbar at will would be really great for browsing website for a long time.

Crashes several times a day, has difficulty working with my low speed connection ("web page not available" when searching in bar or trying to go to a site), other browsers working fine with it, no way to search history??, Keeps saying app ready to update tap to restart, I tap it but keep getting the message. Seems like an alpha release. That being said, it's great this low data browser exists. Thank you.

Hi Damian, please try to close other apps running in the background and force stop the app. In order to do it, please go to Settings > Apps > Force Stop and open the app again. If resetting your device and clearing the cache doesn't help, please let us know the steps that fall into the crash. Best, Aileen - The Opera Team.

As of October 5, 2022, updates have helped with response time once the system is started, but cache crashes still happen regularly. Ad blocking works great! It is essential today. The only video player that wors at all is YT and that is slow and undependable and of course censored heavily. . It is great to find a browser that works at all. Almost all videos do not work. Thanks for the changes. It would be nice to stop the crashes.
