Update: 12/13/16 I called my electric company today and found out this app is no longer being used, so i suggest trying that. The one i am now using is total connect comfort. Good luck. **old message** When i had the thermostat installed and downloaded the app it worked great. Now all I get is an error message on the app and online. Does this mean you no longer support the device and therefore are scrapping the app? How are we, the customer suppose to change the daily settings?
Problems When I first got this app it worked great. Now over the past couple months is is not controlling my thermostat. I have to be home to manually adjust my thermostat. And when it is programed that I am away it doesn't work. Now I have to remember when I leave and manually adjust my thermostat. I tried to go in setting to make sure the Wi-Fi was connected and it freezes and says it encounter a problem. I am sick of this app! Fix the issues correctly!
Problems The presets are the only thing working. It shows two different temperatures when I open the app, it'll show thermostat at 74 and say current temp 73 when nothing had been changed. Then when I try to change something from the app it doesn't work. I go to the thermostat on the wall and it's at the preset. The app is worthless.
Needs some serious work! We've updated out WiFi and I can't get into the setting to change my WiFi which means I can't use the app to change my settings and I can't find the website online to do it there either. The app is slow when trying to use it. The app needs some serious help.
Stops working I've had to fight this app to try and keep it from shutting off my AC during the hot summer. Temperature ranges will shoot from 78° to 50° out of nowhere. Hate this setup. Update: still doesn't work, now that it's cold and I don't want to get up out of bed to adjust the thermostat, my thermostat refuses to listen to this app, assuming the app hasn't crashed while trying to use it.
Hasn't worked in 3 months This app hasn't worked in the 3 months I have had it. I have updated it regularly. I have talked with the support every couple of weeks and every time they say it will be fixed in a week, it hasn't been fixed at all.
