I can't even log in to be able to do anything because when I try to I get an error message stating my password must be between 6 and 10 characters. First of all, that didn't seem to be a requirement when I created my account, because my password is longer than ten characters. And more importantly, why are you restricting password length to 10 characters? Are you insane? Do you not know anything about password security?
Works some what Works on tablet, but not as an app on smart tv so my spouse and I cannot watch the same show. Casting from tablet to tv, you can see the guide, but none of the streams play. Remove screen mirroring and it works on the tablet again. Web version doesn't work as it looks for silverlight, which is not available on the tv. Not sure if I will keep it on my tablet.

This is much more useful since Telus have rolled out Major Networks On Demand, which allows you to catch up on recent episodes of current TV shows.
Never works This app takes forever just to load and rarely allows you to stream live TV. Error messages are constant and direct you to "please try again" .... Only to receive the same error and another "please try again." If you happen to obtain a live connection, you spend more time watching the buffering circle than the actual show. Waste of time!
A completely frustrating app to use. The interface is useless, I can't quickly find the shows I want to watch and when using Crave TV, it doesn't remember where I left off so I have to waste so much time finding my last episode. Dear app creators, please look at examples such as Netflix, that is a useful app design!
Used it lots But when my phone broke and I had to install the app on a replacement phone, I went to sign in and eventually to reset the password but it won't let me. I've been getting error messages for two weeks and no response from support. In the past it was great when I had to keep the kids busy or catch some hockey on the run but no more.
