Ratings and reviews

After 5 months still can't find doctors or download my ID card. The app is buggy and only about half of the features work. The Optima app worked perfectly. Why couldn't Sentara buy the app too? Seems like a big downgrade. It's been 5 months, and they still can't get the app to work. If you can't take on the number of patients, don't buy the company until you have the infrastructure first... Makes me want to change back to Anthem...

Not only is the app awful, but the website is also. l click on find a doctor, and it's unavailable. about half of the things on the home screen are unavailable when you click it. And how sentara is a "not for profit" when they charge outrageous amounts, own the insurance company, and most of the hospitals? It's almost a monopoly. Scroll through the reviews, and it's the same issues people complained about YEARS ago! *update new version logs you out all the same issues are still there. f-sentara

the worst created app ive ever had the displeasure of using. screens overlap so you cant press buttons to continue a task, typing seems to lag behind making anyone who texts fast have to be slow, the camera and voice function is not even remotely working, pressing the back button while your doing something does send you back a page but back to the main menu where you realize you have to start over the whole thing instead of going back a page like one would think. do better.
