Ratings and reviews

Terrible customer service. No one responds even after calling for a month. No help, no follow-up, and many providers don’t accept this insurance. Worst health plan I’ve ever had. Do not recommend.

I am unable to set up an account. There aren't enough options and when I finally thought I started to get somewhere I can't enter my date of birth. every time I get the right date it resets to today's date.

App runs slow and frequently crashes while searching for providers. Update app and website continue to be unusable.
