This app is ridiculous. All of a sudden it doesn't recognize my username, password, nor my member ID. It had no problem recognizing any of that when I had to log in last week to pay my premium though. Of course.

This app is bs! I tried several times with this, and no luck. I tried to register, tells me I'm already registered. Ok. Try to retrieve username, doesn't my member number. Seriously??? Put in both numbers and it doesn't recognize either. I finally got my new card and even that's jacked up because it has my old primary doctor's name on it! And I can't get in the system to correct it!!!!! Virtually useless!!!!!!

Awful. Doesn't recognize my Member ID or my sign in ID. When I go to open a new account, it tells me I already have an account. This is frustrating when these AI setups do not work. I gave up!!!🤦🏽‍♀️

What's new

We've made some improvements to our app:

We renamed the “Share Card” button to “Print/Share Card” and moved it to a spot that’s easier to access.

Updates have been made to ensure eligible members are correctly displayed.

Fixed a problem where you couldn’t save your choices in the app.

"Contact Us" on the sign-in page now works without errors.
