All of a sudden, my accrued funds have disappeared and even the statement record doesn't make any sense. All I am seeing under the debit column is internal transfer while I didn't make any transfers. This is highly unacceptable and I am moving the rest of my funds out of your app and deleting it

Here's my feedback after using the app to complete a trade: PROS: It's a wonderful app with free deposits and low trading fees, trade only US stocks, great Naira and Dollar Saving plans. CONS: Latency between the app and the market can be reduced, the stock charts can be improved, time for funds to be available for withdrawal can be improved, this few improvements are related to the main purpose of the app, if they're done, new customer retention will be far better.

I am unable to perform transactions on my FirstBank account. Whenever I try to transfer money, the app displays the message "Account Not Permitted For Transaction." I recently received a payment,and I was expecting the payment. The funds are visible in my account balance, but I am unable to make any transactions. Kindly help me check the reason for this
