JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Review Cases Mobile Tablet allows a supervisor to view reported cases by those that are open, urgent, and due to be worked on today by priority. Case counts are presented along with graphs showing the case counts and case by priority. The user can drill down into the details and see core information about the case including the equipment/inventory item, provider group and assigned to, key dates, customer and site information, status and priority, as well as entitlement. Additionally, notes and photos can be added.
