It works... most of the time. Unfortunately the app is quite useless apart for paying the invoice, which also takes a lot of time to update correctly once a payment has been made. Using the app for other "service" is near impossible, being directed to a shop or call-service if you want to make any changes to your service tv or Internet... New low... getting messages from the app that my invoice is due after paying it a week before THROUGH the app!

i could not use this app for months now. i have a mobile number but also internet from them. apparently that's an issue...it keeps redirecting me to their website for paying the bill which sucks because it doesn't load. i'll end up going to a physical store just to pay the bill :/ and yes, you cannot manage your services from the app. i tried calling 300 and i got into this surrealist loop in which they tell me to press a number to talk to a human and when i do they close the call :))) ok.

impossible to use. Update : still the worst app ever. And yes, add English!!! That has nothing to do with my account, the app is just extremely bad UX. I activated my option, and don't know how I did it - after clicking around back and forth, and screens not loading and reloading ..... going in circles.... there was no confirmation, nothing!!
