Cannot use app. Error oops something went wrong. I don't know use this app that often but it seems a new update may have done something wrong. I have already cleaned the cache, then data then deleted the app and installed twice and still cannot even register to use the app with out it complaining that Oops something went wrong. It's was good while it lasted. 😕

It took me a while to open this App as I was struggling with all sorts of things to manage or access the App. Such things like a pass word that expires, and if it has expired, that means I can't be able to open this account. I'm giving five stars for only just

Poor service from consultants. So much delay & unclear or confusing response. It's better when you call right away though you have to wait 10 minutes until they talk to you. There are some rude & defensive consultants who lack listening skills. You listen to the customer without interruption. You don't argue with the customer. You don't compete with the customer.
