Ratings and reviews

Weird logic. For the app to work, i must connect through my 4G data. But i have no balance and no 4G as well, i still want to buy it. You should allow me to access my account services by connecting to wifi so that i can use THAT to buy 4G and recharge my account. Anyway, once connected thought 4G, yes the app provides most of the services i need. But your intenet bundles suck. Zain provides MUCH better (6 times better) internet bundles for the same price!

After 20 years with Orange, I am deeply disappointed. After topping up my account to renew my subscription, they deducted 1 JOD from my balance without consent, leading to the sudden suspension of my line. My unused internet bundle was also lost despite paying in full. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I will be canceling all my services with Orange and switching to another provider. I no longer recommend Orange to anyone seeking reliable service.

This new app is more intrusive and asks to access your location and contacts and more by default. bloated and filled with unnecessary useless features and adds. Designed to confuse, exploit, and extract as much as possible from gullable users. We just need a simple app to check out our balance. I gave it two stars because at least that function works, for now.
