MAJOR downgrade since the last update. Incompetent product and tech team. Can't implement a basic "sort by date" filter. There are too many issues. I'm sure even the recruiters are facing major challenges. I'm too disappointed to say anymore...

I am getting less to no opportunities in iimjobs comparison to naukri or LinkedIn. I am getting matched jobs but I don't know what happens after the application is sent. there is no visibility on the status. these are bare minimum requirements. sometimes HRs also reach looking at a profile too. I don't see that happening here. Are we too busy in monetising the app.

one of the worst applications for jobs seekers, had a premium membership, fails to track the status of the applicant. Recruiters never responded for in the last 2 months, despite following up with customer support. Naukri and Indeed is a way better platform.
