So many problems. Paid for the app I can see it on one Android account but not others. Submitted a contact us to ask questions about this issue no response. Beyond that , I find it troubling that you have to pay for an electronic version of a rulebook for a organization that wants us to follow the rules. The printing on the paper version is so tiny, the paper is so thin & yellow and the layout is poorly designed it's about useless.

I have to pay for a digital copy of the rules book. Not only does NFHS not give a paper copy of the rule book to referees anymore, but they also charge you to view the digital copy. I already pay $60 to get recertified every year and used to get the book mailed to me for free. Now I pay extra for the rules book that I'm supposed to follow? Great way to decline the quality of officials. Plus making referees want to quit when they don't have a rule book to reference against coaches.

The only benefit to me is the ability to search. The fact that you have to have a tablet to easily read it limits my use if it. Why was decision made to discontinue E-PUB? That could be viewed on a PC, phone or tablet with the ability to search on all 3. Our state does not require us to pay for it. If they did I wouldn't as long as I had the paper version. It seems like it should be policy to make the rules easily available to everyone, not to limit the format and accessibility.
