Won't connect to my IQ2. My phone sees it, but the app does not. I read here to do a factory reset and not to touch the phones settings, but still nothing. I didn't really want an app anyway, but since the device keeps overheating, I thought maybe it would help. What a disappointment. After seeing how long these problems have gone unchecked, I realize I'm a fool for not going with PAX.

Solid. I came to the reviews with the same problems other people were having, but followed the advice of the tech support folks and now have everything running as designed (don't mess with the phone's bluetooth settings, just factory reset your IQ device and then use the app to connect during the setup). The app syncs well with the device's functionality (the only hiccup is a rapidly changing integer but it's still accurate). Overall I'm very pleased despite the slightly tricky setup. Well done!

With every new app version we are introducing new features and improving existing ones. We are sure that your feedback will only help us improve further.
Bought my IQ2 and was hoping to track information as described, but it crashes every time I open it. You have to be connected to your DaVinci device in order for the app to work, but soon as you connect and try to edit Smart Paths or anything it crashes. I was able to edit my Smart Paths at least but it took a lot of time and patience. Wouldn't recommend until they fix everything. It's pointless to have the app at this point
