This app will help you if you are interested in reprogramming or monitoring the smart paths, but as with all Bluetooth connectivity it's laggy even with phone and Davinci just inches apart. They also neglected to include battery life which I though might have been helpful to track battery health/usage statistics. Love the device, the app feels unnecessary for my use case.

The app works as it should with my IQC. I wonder about the firmware of the device and his updates, could it have a changelog? I would suggest, also, to have a textbox with the slider in the smartpath configuration screen. It's really difficult to be precise otherwise, and being that each temperature change affects the others, one has to go through a couple of times to get it right. Last thing: I know it's maybe a premium feature, but having statistics in the IQC would gain kudos from ev'!

Solid. I came to the reviews with the same problems other people were having, but followed the advice of the tech support folks and now have everything running as designed (don't mess with the phone's bluetooth settings, just factory reset your IQ device and then use the app to connect during the setup). The app syncs well with the device's functionality (the only hiccup is a rapidly changing integer but it's still accurate). Overall I'm very pleased despite the slightly tricky setup. Well done!
