About this app

"Odia Abhidhan" is an English to Odia dictionary. The interface is very simple to use. The user needs to enter the English word or Odia word in the search box.

This app will be really helpful for School Students to learn new words in English and finding their proper meaning. The Odia Custom keyboard will encourage students to type Odia words and get the proper word meanings.

The main advantage of this application is this requires one-time installation, and afterwards can be accessed offline in the absence of internet connection.

Even though it has a good database(it doesn't recognise different forms of words). The most annoying thing is the keyboard input. It doesn't work with any other keyboard when searching odia words except the built-in and the built-in one doesn't have all the characters of odia alphabet, so it becomes very difficult to search for odia words. It doesn't even wait till you finish your word to show the suggestions. Only if I could use any third-party keyboard application it would be really easy.

App is good. But it needs improvement. Such as it is unable to separate between parts of speech. In odia language word meaning, in case of classic works, generally depends on context. Also, typing is a little problematic. Many words are absent.

Bro this is a very good app. The best thing about this app is that it doesn't show adds. So if you are still developing this app plz add some new words or you can make website where users can submit the words they don't find in your app and upgrade the app to compatible withe android pie(9.0) as pie is showing warning about updating the app.

What's new

A new library has been added around 55,000 words. Unicode error compatibility has been solved. This app can be accessible to any of the Android device.
